Facility Operations Supervisor
As a Facility Operations Supervisor you would be responsible for the oversight of repackaging hazardous waste at the Clean Harbors incineration site. This includes supervision of multiple plant employees and plant operations such as drum pumping and drum dumping. This position offers NO TRAVEL and company paid training! We are looking for a flexible individual with a leadership mindset.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
Performs multiple site specific plant operations, including, but not limited to, drum pumping, drum dumping, repackaging operations, shredder operations, scanning applications for Waste tracking, and proper warehousing.
Supervises multiple Plant Foremen/Employees and plant operations
Ensures that employees follow and maintain all applicable Health and Safety Standard Operating Procedures, holds employee's accountable.
Works under the direction of the Plant Operations Manager or equivalent.
Reviews all applicable SOP's annually and scores satisfactorily on quizzes.
Understands and drives Clean Compliance Standard.
Performs other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by management such as maintaining a clean work environment and will be required by the needs of the Clean Harbors business.
EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE
High School diploma or equivalent required.

years of plant operations experience.
2
years of plant supervision experience.
DOT training.
Proficiency in Windows based applications.
Ability to work a rotating shift.
Proficiency in multiple site specific plant operations such as:
drum pumping, drum dumping, and repackaging operations.
Knowledge of CHI systems such as:
scanning applications, EOM scanning SOP's, VPI / Pick sheets
Organization and leadership skills
