Restaurant General Manager
We are seeking a hands on General Manager for a high-volume, quick-casual restaurant concept in southern Arkansas. This concept is poised for significant growth in the near future, and is in need of a talented manager who is looking to grow their career along with a successful concept. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated leader with excellent customer service skills, but can jump on the line when needed. You would be responsible for leading a restaurant team of 15 - 20 employees and running all operational aspects of the restaurant. This position offers a tremendous quality of life with the restaurant open 6 days a week and no late hours. 4-5 years of successful Restaurant Management experience
Desire and ability to relocate to southern Arkansas
Ability to run both the Front of House and Back of House of a high volume restaurant
