A global manufacturing organization is looking to appoint an EHSS Area Manager to lead this function at one of their key locations. This position will cover several plants in the region, leading a team of around 10 EHSS professionals. The successful candidate will be tasked with influencing a healthy safety culture, requiring the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at various levels of the business.
The role:
Influences Plant, Production, Operations, Maintenance and site management to drive the EHSS performance and results in their geographic area.
Supports company interface with regulatory authorities for regulatory visits, requests and submissions for the region.
Monitors changes to all EHSS regulations pertaining to their area and reviews recommendations for incorporation into EHSS management systems and standards in a timely manner.
Accountable for managing site EHSS documentation to include program design, EHSS data collection and posting, training documentation, and EHSS KPI reports.
Participates as a leader for audits and assigns EHSS resources to audits in their area.
The candidate:
10
years in operational and EHS roles with experience in leading and developing small teams.
EHS experience within a chemical manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Safety, Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, Physical Science/Engineering.
Understanding of process safety and experience within a PSM-regulated environment (preferred)
Excellent interpersonalEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
