We currently have a Shift Supervisor position open at our Crossett, Arkansas Chemical plant. This position will work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
This position will facilitate employee skill development and growth, problem solving and resolution, building employee commitment and ownership. Drive safety excellence through promoting employee involvement, ownership, and accountability to proactively eliminate hazards; monitor quality and provide direction to production members to maximize production efficiency; assist with troubleshooting issues; provide safety training and coaching; data entry and completing/ generating reports.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
1-3 years of manufacturing experience
Bachelors Degree, Chemical / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
Strong communication, planning and organizational skills
Basic computer skills
Must be willing and able to work a rotating shift
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Demonstrated supervisory experience

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
