- Provide direct resident care - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician - Monitor and document resident vital signs and medical information - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure quality resident care - Perform laboratory tests as needed - Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records using electronic medical record.
- Adhere to all safety standards and infection control protocols
Qualifications:
- Valid Arkansas nursing license - Proven experience as a floor nurse or in a similar role - Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and standards of care - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using electronic medical record systems - Ability to work well with others Note:
