- Promote the company vision and growth strategy.
- Enforce the use of safety equipment/clothing as required by OSHA and company safety regulations - Reinforce that team members on the project site are in compliance with the safety requirements of the company - Ensure that appropriate safety records are maintained - Ensure that work areas are maintained in a neat, safe and orderly fashion - Investigate cause of an incident and complete reports are required - Assist Site Manager in administrative counseling to employees and subcontractors who are in non-compliance with safety requirements - Responsible for conducting daily safety meetings/job site review - Accountable for regularly communicating walk-through inspection results with management team and provide assistance with rectifying any concerns regarding hazardous working conditions and/or unsafe employee activities - Responsible for administering of minor first-aid treatment - Proficient with Microsoft Office software - Perform additional field and office duties, not described above, to meet the needs of our clients and support Job Type:
