Job Description
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
The Director, Fuels Marketing will be a strategic partner to the VP of Retail Fuel Pricing, focused on driving fuel offering and pricing optimization through oversight of the strategy, planning, development, marketing and communication of fuel programs. It will support complex cross-functional projects across all areas of the fuels departments. This high-impact role will also identify strategies and opportunities to enhance and optimize our fuel programs, develop the marketing strategy, then turn that strategy into tangible initiatives and detailed go-to-market execution.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides strategic guidance for fuels programs including design of specific initiatives and project management input for planning, scheduling, pricing, and monitoring
Help drive the maximization of fuel pricing structures and fuel profitability through strategic input into the business plan on how to compete with local, regional, and state level competitors
Lead strategic dialogue among stakeholders to share best practices, and drive overall alignment and transparency for resource sharing, and information flows
Support business unit and corporate planning with in-depth analysis of market and regulatory issues
Ensure program offerings, messaging and labeling are compliant with various jurisdictions and municipalities
Design centralized marketing initiatives regarding brand, product, promotions, etc.; Includes driving a digital strategy focused on customer acquisition and/or conversion
Drive multi-channel traffic, sales, and profits; lead the marketing strategy, orchestrate the planning of that strategy, and direct the go-to-market execution
Monitor, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing investments and initiatives as they relate to the overall company&s;s goals
Lead and develop a high-performing team that assists with successful execution of the company&s;s objectives
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Broad knowledge of such fields as accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc. Equivalent to a four-year college degree, plus 9 to 10 years related experience and/or training, and 2 years related management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Salary:
$13 per hourEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
