ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you a seasoned compensation and benefits leader with a passion for driving comprehensive total rewards strategies? We are seeking a Director of Total Rewards to lead the strategy and oversee administration for our compensation and benefits programs for 15,000 people across 27 states. In this role, you will deliver rewards that align with Murphy USA values and attract motivated and retain great talent. Reporting to the head of HR, you&s;ll lead an internal team of 12, as well as various external compensation and benefits providers and partners.
WHAT YOU&s;LL DO
- Strategic Total Rewards:
Develop and execute total rewards strategies including compensation, incentives, and benefits that drive desired outcomes and support our employees and their families.
- Compensation:
Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of compensation (including broad-based, executive, stock/equity, and retail/sales) and incentive programs, ensuring market competitiveness and alignment with business objectives.

Benefits:
Direct the development and management of comprehensive benefits programs (health, welfare, retirement, and paid leave), ensuring competitive offerings that support employee well-being.
- Executive and Board Compensation:
Collaborate with the Executive Compensation Committee, compensation consultants, and senior leadership to design executive compensation packages that attract and retain top talent and aligns leadership performance with shareholder interests.
- Stock Compensation:
Ensure stock compensation plans align with business objectives and attract and retain top talent. Oversee execution of programs in partnership with finance, legal, payroll, and senior leadership.
- Cross-Functional Leadership:
Lead cross-functional projects that drive continuous improvement of Total Rewards programs and processes, collaborating with leaders and partners across the organization. Utilize your influence and expertise to gain buy-in and drive alignment for the successful implementation of Total Rewards initiatives.
- Leadership and Team Management:
Lead and develop our capable Total Rewards team, fostering a culture of excellence that aligns to our principles and competencies.
- Market Analysis:
Oversee regular market analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, ensuring our total rewards offerings remain competitive.
- HR System of Records:
Lead the management and governance of HR systems of records, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance.
- FMLA Leave Program:
Provide oversight for the FMLA leave program, ensuring a smooth employee experience and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Metrics and Analytics:
Partner with our People Analytics team to develop and monitor Total Rewards metrics to evaluate program effectiveness.
- Compliance and Governance:
Ensure compliance of compensation, benefits, leave, and HR data with applicable laws and regulations.

Extensive experience in successfully designing, implementing, and overseeing administration of comprehensive compensation and benefits programs.
- Strategic Focus:
Proven track record in executing strategic total rewards initiatives aligned with business objectives. Apply your analytical mindset and strategic thinking to assess and define complex issues, develop innovative and thoughtful solutions, and drive impactful outcomes.

Collaborate with stakeholders within HR and across the organization to implement effective strategies that address organizational needs and optimize Total Rewards programs for sustained success.

- Project Management:
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and drive results.Salary:
$13 per hourEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
