GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITIONThe Director of Store Development Projects primary function is to oversee the store development projects portfolio (including New-to-Industry NTI and Raze and Rebuild R&R) through the continued management and evolution of strategy, resources, people, process, and technology that support MUSA achieve all strategic growth objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1.
Setting the strategy and governance around external partner selection and accountability to ensure the proper resources are available to accomplish strategic corporate growth objectives.
2.
Engage in cross-functional leadership collaboration that supports both corporate and store development strategic initiatives.
3.
Assess and evolve the department infrastructure (i.
e.
people, process, and technology) to accomplish strategic corporate growth objectives.
4.
Support the development of corporate and store development leaders and talent to achieve organizational leadership pipeline objectives.
5.
Help secure and direct store development resources through the development of portfolio capital and expense budgets.
6.
Establish annual team, as well as, internal and external partner training and engagement initiatives.
7.
Participate in strategic planning for the store development and asset development departments to achieve long-term corporate objectives.
8.
Manage entire store development portfolio to meet corporate objectives for time, cost, and quality expectations.
9.
Oversee a direct team of 2-3 leaders and a department of 10-12 field-based project managers that are responsible for the management of each store development project.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
