Sr. Manager Business Relationship
Job Posting GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION The Sr.
Manager of Business Relationship Management is responsible for partnering with business leadership to define and deliver business value.
This includes partnering with both internal and external parties to prioritize requests, document requirements, design solutions and implement value driven projects.
This position will focus on building partnerships and feature roadmaps for all corporate applications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Extensive knowledge and experience of the software delivery lifecycle, whether Agile or waterfall.
Lead the execution and delivery of feature and application implementations.
Build and improve processes that support business analysis.
Support the business through the utilization of existing application or acquiring or building new solutions.
Act as a subject matter expert with ability to have strategic cross-functional influence.
Ability to leverage AzureDevOPs as part of the software delivery lifecycle and use the tool to provide leadership visibility into the process.
Mentor and build a strong team of business analysts that provide a repeatable, effective and desirable experience for business partners Partner with technical teams to ensure stable and supportable solutions.
Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS Five plus years of experience in a leadership role developing and implementing front end solutions for large organizations.
Ability to encourage a culture to improve the efficiency, scalability, stability, and security of web and mobile applications.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Broad knowledge of such fields as Computer Science, CIS, or related field.
Equivalent to a four year college degree, plus 10 years IT-related experience and/or training and 5
yrs of experience in software development or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
