Job Description o Should have thorough knowledge in taking measurements of all types of Civil & Interior works & should be capable of handling multiple projects.
Should work according to Brigade set procedures.
Should be aware of relevant IS codes, be able understand work order specifications, rates, units, makes, terms & conditions.
Should be able to adopt to SAP As per Set procedures receive & accept bill & certify on time by following TAT.
Thoroughly read the measurements though GFC drawings & also at site when drawings are not available, arrive at quantity, apply co efficient of material consumption where material is supplied by Brigade & arrive at consumption (as per IS codes ), prepare corrected abstract & acceptance sheet, forwarding the same to vendor to receive acceptance & Tax Invoice, on receipt do SAP transactions & forward to A/c's to get certificate of Payment (COP) & then get approval of certification from superiors.
Should have thorough knowledge of statutories & Taxes Co-ordinate with site in charge for amendments, NT rates, Tech deviation approvals , basic price variations approvals etc Educating contractor QS to not to over bill Preparing needful reports as & when required by your reporting manager & QS head o Filing the documents & storing at designated place & also maintain digital storage of documents Innovate & give ideas in improving process, methods of certification which helps in overall improvement of the department Assist in Audits both internal & external audits including stock verification audits Adopt to Brigade work culture, discipline in office timings & have customer centricity.

What are we looking for?(Specific Skill Set) o 7
years of experience in to Quantity Surveying of residential/Commercial projects.
Thorough knowledge on rates, bill Checking, quantity take off & measurements.
Qualifications o BE Civil.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
